Wastewater such as building pit sludge generated in the Tokyo metropolitan area contains large amounts of suspended organic matter and oil, which has been considered very difficult to treat efficiently at low cost. However, our plant uses a system that combines "methane fermentation treatment," "activated sludge treatment," and other methods to physically and biochemically break down and treat such wastewater to promote stabilization, mass reduction, and effective utilization of the sludge.

Waste is sorted, shredded, compressed, and packed for easy recycling and highly efficient processing.

"The Resource-Recovery Treatment Plant" contributes to a recycling-oriented society through appropriate processing according to the properties of the waste.

Our facility is located in the core industrial complex of Izumisaki, Fukushima Prefecture.
We have been making efforts to contribute to local industrial waste treatment and reduce environmental impact by incineration facilities based on safe and proper treatment of dioxins and other substances.

　Based on the know-how cultivated in the reforming and solidification treatment plant, we contribute to the reduction of environmental burdens and recycling society by operating advanced kneading and solidification and water treatment facilities in the building.
　The facility is equipped to handle a wide range of materials, including sludge, cinders, and other materials with low to high water content and foreign matter.
　The treated materials are recycled through cement recycling and other resource recycling methods under thorough management, and a controlled landfill is also used to promote proper disposal.
　Furthermore, we have equipped a clean room facility and control waste with analytical equipment such as ICP-MS, X-ray fluorescence, and mercury measurement equipment.
　We conduct wastewater analysis in accordance with the Mercury Pollution Control Law and solute content testing in accordance with the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law, and treat wastes safely from intake to disposal.

I promote effective fermentation by activation of the biodegradation with organicity waste drained from the food manufacturing industry of Kanto nearby prefectures and am the recycling facilities which are safe, and bring about high compost of the nutritive value, and contribute to the sustained recycling society. In addition, in cooperation with the fermentation composting facilities "B are create" of group companies, I cope with needs of person of discharge and product demand for waste ahead and will act for customer trust.

It processes organicity waste occurring from food manufacturing industry and food service industry in the suburbs of Kanto and school lunch facilities effectively, and the sludge after the processing is the Intermediate Treatment facility which contributes to resources circulation by making good use as compost raw materials. In addition, by cooperating with the company facilities "Waste Water Treatment Plant" in Koto-ku, Tokyo, strengthen improvement in appropriate processing and service and will try for customer trust.
